The foundation for a personal agent runtime. An independent project inspired by YA Claw, with a13n Harness as its execution foundation.
Starting small, deliberately. The initial 0.0.1 release is a placeholder package and delivery pipeline. Agent execution, a server, and a runtime UI are not implemented yet.
